Leryn Turlington is a proud Florida State University grad from Orlando, FL with a strong background in classical, jazz, pop, choral and musical theatre voice. After showcasing with her graduating class at the Alvin Ailey Theatre in New York City in May 2014, Leryn remained an NYC resident to participate in cabarets (So You Think You Can Belt?, Actoria in Astoria), to audition, and to see her idols on Broadway (and sometimes ride the A Train with them). She has since made Chicago, IL her home because of its vibrant theatre community and the many opportunities there. In her two years as a Chicago-based actor she has worked at Drury Lane Theatre, Marriott Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Writers Theatre, Mercury Theater and Theo Ubique Cabaret Theatre as well as performed two solo cabarets at Davenport's and various devised theatre projects. She is represented by the fabulous ladies at Paonessa Talent. She is also an avid reader, yogi and reader/contributor to PerformerStuff.com.
